GENERAL INFORMATION

Move-in Times
January 16, 12:00 noon to 4:00 p.m. – Move in for trailers and large equipment and anyone requiring a forklift (applies to Trade Show exhibitors)

January 19, 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. – General move-in Concession open for move-in from 12:00 noon to 6:00 p.m.

Any exhibitor not able to work within these time lines must notify the CBC offi ce to see if other arrangements can be made.

January 19, 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.- Camrose County Exhibitors' Reception – Drop by for a visit.

Show Times
January 20, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and January 21, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
All cattle exhibitors will be entered in the Morand Draw and are eligible to win a Morand Loading Chute. Draw will take place in the Show Ring on Saturday. Chute must be accepted as awarded. No exchange of prize. Winner must take delivery of the chute at CBC 2012 and is responsible to have it removed in accordance with move-out times.

Take Down
Exhibits can be dismantled after 5:00 p.m. on January 21. There will be no take down prior to 5:00 p.m. Take down is to be completed by noon on January 22.

Exhibitors’ Gate
Main Entrance on west end of parking lot is the only exhibitors' gate to use for move in and during the show. Gates on Exhibition Drive will be opened at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday for move out.

Exhibitor Packages
These packages will be available at the show offi ce located in the lobby of the CRE Agricentre and can be picked up on January 19, 2012. Vehicle passes will be in your packages and MUST be visible at all times in order to gain access/
park in the back of the CRE facility in designated areas.

Truck and Trailer Parking
Once an exhibitor has unloaded, all trailers and trucks are to be parked in the designated areas only. No blocking of doorways or driveways – violators will be towed at the owner's expense.

Exhibitor Passes and Entry Access
Two Exhibitor Passes are provided to each exhibitor. Exhibitors using the Exhibitors' Gate during the event must present pass/vehicle passes to gate attendants. Additional passes will be issued at $5.00 each.

Authority of Officials
The Directors and Show Offi cials shall be, at their discretion, able to bar any exhibitor or any animals from participating in the 2012 Canadian Bull Congress program given just cause. All protests must be submitted in writing with a $100.00 fee attached and addressed to the Canadian Bull Congress Chairman.

Exhibit Sapce
Payment in full, insurance papers, show entry forms, livestock registration papers and farm information sheets are required by no later than December 9, 2011, in order to be accepted. Late entries will be assessed $100.00 administration fee. Cancellation of space is non-refundable and non-transferable. Completed entries will be accepted on a fi rst-come fi rst-served basis.

10' x 10' = $220.00 + $11.00 (GST) = $231.00
10' x 20' = $440.00 + $22.00 (GST) = $462.00

10' x 10' Bull Pen and 10' x 10' Display Pen = $700.00 + $35.00 (GST) = $735.00

Please note all pens will be closed this year.
A bull must be displayed in Super Sire Avenue.

* Breed Associations *
10' x 10' = $192.50 + $9.63 (GST) = $202.13
10' x 20' = $302.50 + $15.13 (GST) = $317.63
Breed associations must have a booth if they wish to display an animal. Male animals only to be represented. Only one animal may be displayed.

Heifer Pens – 10' x 20' = $110.00 + $5.50 (GST) = $115.50
All heifer pens will be housed in the UFA Pavilion.

4-H Heifer Projects –will be housed in the UFA Pavilion. 4-H projects will be in tie stalls only, in designated stalling area of the UFA Pavilion. First come, fi rst served basis.

Single Heifer Pen –10' x 10' = $55.00 + $2.75 (GST) = $57.75 (If not stalled with bulls. Stalls will be in the UFA Pavilion.)

Outside (Overnight) Stalling
For night time tie-outs ONLY. Inside space must be purchased. 10' x 20' (maximum) = $10 per 10 feet ($10 or $20) – GST included. Must be submitted and paid for with entry forms. Bedding will be supplied. Space is limited, so book early.

10' x 10' = $385.00 + $ 19.25 (GST) = $ 404.25
10' x 20' = $770.00 + $ 38.50 (GST) = $808.50
10' x 30' = $1,155.00 + $ 57.75 (GST) = $ 1,212.75
20' x 20' = $1,540.00 + $ 77.00 (GST) = $ 1,617.00
Bulk outside space available at $0.25 per square foot. Outside space is only available to exhibitors who have purchased inside space.

*Denotes – The display booth includes: 10 feet 8' backwall drape, 10 feet 4' side wall drape, electrical outlet, one 8' skirted table and two chairs. If you require changes or other items, please see the Superior Show Service information sent with the Handbook and Entries. Trade Booths located in main hallway will be supplied with lighting.
